A Fun Garlic Story

Chef Ed has done it again!

Here is the short story of the new food craze from Chef Edward Rhinehart CCP, FMP, CRFC. Chef Ed introduced South Louisiana to Fried Garlic as a salad topping. During his training he learned that many Countries fry garlic for cooking food recipes to ad flavor, by doing this the garlic’s profile changes and the garlic becomes more like a spice, so like any other chef Ed started using this technique.

Then one day Chef Ed had a large women’s group at the restaurant for salads

While plating the salads Chef Ed realized the kitchen was out of croutons, with a quick scurry Chef Ed began looking for a quick replacement. Soon one of the cooks came around the corner with the garlic mash that is used for the Geaux Garlic Hot Sauce about to throw it away he quickly snatched the garlic out of the cook’s hand and dropped the garlic in the fryer. The garlic soon turned into the crunchy nuggets he remembered Chef Ed then sprinkled some of his famous Preferred Seasoning blend on the garlic and topped the salads with the fresh fried Garlic.

One of the waitresses came back to the kitchen and told Chef Ed the news..

They Love it she said the ladies would like to know the name of your new salad.

Chef Ed without hesitation said the first thing that came to his head. “ Cajun Crunchy Salad”

Now Chef Ed has his Garlic for Sale call his toll free number for info and prices.
