ED Burger

1 burger
2 oz. sauté sliced onions
2 oz. barbecue sauce
2 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
1 regular hamburger bun
Mayonnaise
Lettuce
Tomato
Pickles

Grill and season hamburger until cooked. Sauté onions separate. Cover burger with barbecue sauce, sautéed onions and cheddar cheese and place on grill until melted. Dress on a seeded hamburger bun with mayonnaise, lettuce, tomato, and pickle.





Eds Maytag Burger

1 Hamburger
2 oz. Maytag Wheel blue cheese
1 seeded hamburger bun
Mayonnaise
Lettuce
Tomato

Grill and season hamburger until cooked. Remove from grill and add blue cheese. Heat under covered grill until slightly melted. Serve on a toasted hamburger bun dressed with mayonnaise, lettuce, and tomato.








EDS Chicken Sandwich

1 grilled chicken breast
2 slices of bacon
2 oz. pepper jack cheese
Ranch
Lettuce
Tomato
Dip chicken breast in Amused Foods hot sauce, Grill until cooked. Remove from grill and top with bacon and cheese and heat on grill with lid down until melted. On a toasted seeded hamburger bun, dress with ranch dressing, lettuce, and tomato.
