MARINADES, RUBS, AND GRILLING TECHNIQUES This seminar is everything you always wanted to know about grilling. You will receive instruction on grilling vegetables, meats, kabobs, injecting marinades, and using rubs on a wide variety of items. Each student will observe Chef Ed’s demonstration and will receive a sample for tasting. Your cooking will never taste the same.
