OL’ NAW’ LINS COOKERY Students will learn techniques of gumbo, jambalaya and etouffe`s (shrimp/crawfish). Bread pudding will provide sampling delights. Students can taste delicious New Orleans cuisine and observe cooking demonstrations and as a learning experience.
