OYSTER MOSCA · 1 pints Oysters · 1 teaspoons Salt · 2 Garlic cloves chopped fine · 2 - 3 teaspoons Parsley, chopped · 2 Green onions chopped · 1/2 teaspoons Oregano · 1/2 cups Italian bread crumbs · 1/4 cups Italian Cheese Grated · 1/2 teaspoons Pepper · 1/4 cups Olive oil Put the salt in with the oysters for one Hour,Mix all ingredients together then add oysters. In a greased shallow glass pipe pan or similar, put mixture and top with a few more breadcrumbs. Bake 350° for 45 min.
| Quick Version of Oyster Mosca 24 Oysters (1 pint) 1 c. Italian Bread Crumbs 1 toe Minced Garlic 1/3 c. Parmesan Cheese 2 Tbsp. Parsley, chopped Salt and Pepper to taste Olive Oil
Drain Oysters. Mix bread crumbs, garlic, cheese, parsley, salt and pepper. Coak the oysters in this mixture and place in a baking pan or square 8" casserole. Drizzle Olive Oil over oysters to moisten. Bake in a 325 degree oven for about 20 minutes. | |
