SENSATIONAL SEAFOOD
As with fruits and vegetables, fish is best when “in season”. Together we will discuss how to select the freshest seafood, how to store it, and the controversy of farm-raised vs. wild caught. We will talk about the health benefits of fish oils, and demonstrate how to cook a variety’s of fish that will make it easy and exciting to prepare fish 2-3 times a week.
