Cajun  Dip
Gioia Family Pizza

Fresh Tomato Mozzarella Salad

1 Lb. Creole Tomatoes (two-three)
3 oz. Sliced Fresh Mozzarella
10 Basil leaves (fresh)
1 tsp. Light olive oil (optional)
2 Tablespoons balsamic vinegar
Fresh Cracked Vogue Vegetable Seasoning to taste

Slice tomatoes crosswise into 1/2 inch thick slices; 4-5 slices per tomato. Arrange 2-3 slices on each salad plate. Layer sliced Mozzarella on top of each tomato. Cut fresh basil leaves into strips and top each tomato with basil. Drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the tops and add a dash of pepper. Enjoy!

My veggie vogue Cajun dip
1 package of cream cheese
1 8 oz. container of sour cream
vogue veggie seasoning
Let Cream Cheese soften to room temperature, mix in one container of sour cream
add enough seasoning to get your desired taste.
This is great with chips and raw veggies
