Your Recipes
I have high blood pressure and that means that I have to stay away from salt. Your seasoning has been a blessing when it comes to adding flavor to our food. I use it on rice, potatoes and any pasta. It is even good on spaghetti sauce. Also, if you want to take some fats out your diet, you can season any of the vegetables you would normally put butter or margarine on and you don't miss a thing. My only suggestion is that you might consider putting the seasoning in a grinder as some of the larger spices don't always past through the shaker top. Best wishes for great success on your spice line.

Praying for you and your family,

Sue
